TERMS

We inform our clients of the following conditions:

1) The service, breakfast will be served at the Bar Pasticceria Jordan from 06.00 to 13.00 hours.
2) Is forbidden to bring pets inside the B & B, subject to prior notification.
3) Is banned smoking in common places within the structure.
4) The cleaning of bathrooms and the room is daily and is included in the price of the accommodation and breakfast.
5) The change sheets every three days of arrival, as required by the Lazio Regional Law No 18. Any additional changes have an additional charge of Euro 10.00.
6) The change sets of towels is daily.
7) Possibility of adding a third bed supplement of € 15.00.

The management declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of objects of any value to the 'interior of the B & B.
